Shipping Within the United States
We ship only within the United States and are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of the United States. However, we do accept and ship orders to APO and FPO addresses. Be sure to select "APO" or "FPO" in the "State" field of the shipping address at checkout.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Adoretex and the delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and applicable charges. All items will be shipped via FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Choosing a Shipping Method
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs depend on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout before completing your order.
Upgrading Your Shipping Method
In general, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery, such as 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air. If you choose to upgrade, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST; otherwise, it may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Expedited delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping Restrictions for P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot ship packages to P.O. Boxes using 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air shipping methods.
APO and FPO Shipping
Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be sent via USPS. Expedited delivery is not available for these addresses.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be processed within 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically delivered within 4-8 business days via USPS Priority Mail or within 2 days via UPS.
Oversized & Heavy Item Shipping
Oversized or heavy items, as well as multiple-box shipments, may require an additional shipping cost. An Adoretex representative will contact you to confirm any additional charges before processing your order.
