PROCESSING TIME
- Please allow 7-14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
EXCHANGES
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss possible substitutions.
If we do not receive a response within one week, a refund will be issued.
If the exchange is for the same value, no additional shipping or handling costs will apply.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- If your order qualified for free shipping and you request a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
We will cover one free exchange shipment for exchanges.
RESTOCKING FEES
- A 20% restocking fee applies if the item is returned without its original hang tag.
- A 50% restocking fee applies if the item has been used and cannot be resold.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Orders for custom or special merchandise cannot be canceled or refunded once processed.
