I got an XS ands it's too small and too tight. My size chart matched it but it's just not right

Wanted a top to wear for lifeguarding. I am approx a C cup so needed thicker straps for support. This matched what I was looking for. I wanted a 2 piece so that I can go to the bathroom much easier while working. I bought this top with some black high waisted swim bottoms because I'm used to wearing one piece suits. Unfortunately, it is not that sturdy and the girls love to bounce in this top. I kept because I wanted something for work and I'm getting used to it. However I'm worried that the top will become looser over time. For this summer though it is acceptable.

I was hoping for little higher weist to cover my belly, but I totally love the top.
